Welcome to Ovvio VPN. By downloading, installing, or using Ovvio VPN (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region) to use Ovvio VPN.


2. Account Registration

To use Ovvio VPN, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. No-Log Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Ovvio VPN for:

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account termination.


6. Subscription & Payments

Ovvio VPN may offer free and paid subscription plans.

Payments are processed securely through:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

We do not store or process credit card details. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation must be done via:

  • Apple App Store Subscriptions
  • Google Play Subscriptions

We cannot cancel subscriptions on behalf of users.


7. Availability of Service

Ovvio VPN strives to provide uninterrupted service, but:

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • Service performance may vary
  • Features may change or be updated without notice

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ovvio VPN is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices or networks

Use of the Service is at your own risk.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovvio VPN is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Financial loss
  • Security breaches caused by user actions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
